Yesterday, I was craving chocolate cake all day long. I talked about it, I remembered how delicious the one that Kookaburra had on her website when it was her birthday and today I made some cute very chocolaty cupcakes and this was to be my main photo for the day. The idea was to make a TIC-TAC-TOE game with the icing, but I halved the recipe thinking I would have way too much and finally only got 7 muffins and one that broke taking it out.
My separators were short and I just didn't find the concept was coming through as I wished. I figured that the shots were still decent enough to upload. Besides, Chiana was being very EMO today, so she got the prime spot!

My first thought was tic tac toe so your concept worked. And I think it's a creative idea for a teaparty, play with food ;)

Great idea and I think it worked very well. I don't think there was any necessity to relegate this to the alternative. You make too much work for yourself! Baking and THEN still shooting!? Mad talk. Jsut a great shot though, and I love the concept. I saw tic tac toe immediately! Well done.

I have never seen square cup cakes. These are fantastic! I just want to reach in there and grab more then one to eat. The way you frosted them is very nice. I love this idea. Even though it didn't turn out exactly as you wanted, it still made a fantastic photo. Thanks for making me want something sweet to eat now. :p
