Imagine my surprise one spring day, to see this bird in a tree in front of the grocery store. He was saying Hi! to everyone... but in French Slang.. Hey, mec.. Salut! A small crowd was gathering as it was very drole. The bird was not chained or lost, his owner simply left him there to go for a coffee.
