This bird's latin name is Pinicola enucleator, not quite Pinacolada, but just as sweet. I am not a bird photographer and don't have special long zoom lens to take bird pics, but with much luck, was able to take a picture of this sweet bird on a neighbor's clothesline. This is a male,dressed in his beautiful scarlet coat. The female is gray with a bit of rust. I got several pictures of both, but this is my absolute favorite of the day. I hope you like it.

He is gorgeous. I like how you can see all the feathers in detail, and how you can see the wire. More, more, more.
