This alternative is different than my idea to use cross stitching thick threads sorted into 4 color selections each for a different season. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that I had given all that to my neighbour's girl when I decided that I wasn't patient enough for that type of craftsmanship. Oh, well.. you get shiny thread instead :-D

I like this set. I think the limited colours you've chosen works extremely well. The addition of the buttons was a nice touch too.

Shiny threads are very pretty. And the colours you have used work well. I love the addition of the random-looking buttons. Nice work.

I just love the vivid colors. Very playful and fun shots :)

What a lovely idea. The red buttons particularly pop with the frame that you created.

I cannot believe you to be not patient enough for cross stitching when I look at your collection this month.
I like the playfulness of these scenes.
Do you create all of your background/borders from scratch as well or do you allow yourselve to use patterns.

I like how the threads draw your eyes into the spools. Well done! The colors, background and frame are awesome!
