Today I played with smoke.I did the shoot twice. The first time I had lots of swirls but I redid it as I found my shapes too complicated and even learned that if I stamped my foot, I could even make the smoke buckle.. but in the end, it was the very simple and elegant shapes that caught me up in their sensuality.
Today's alternative is also a smoke triptych, but it has a twist.. it is dedicated to Craig and Marie, and if you look at it
HERE I'm sure you will understand why.

Beautiful simple images that combine together to make a very powerful statement. It's amazing how the smallest movement in the room can make the smoke change its direction and shape, isn't it? The butterfly effect is real!

I love the simplicity and the fact you decided on a very basic border as well so all the attention is directed to the smoke.

I love the simplicity and delicateness of this photo. The color of the smoke goes very well with the black background.

I love this!!!!! The simplicity of the smoke patterns against plain black is just gorgeous. (I think I prefer this to the other, more ornate triptych). It's just very moody and sensual.
