The Lonely Bench

The Lonely Bench bench, fall, leaves, photography/urban
When I saw this bench, I could see the white wash had all but faded away. How many years had someone sat here, perhaps every day. Perhaps a couple. I composed it showing the bench turned away, shutting off of the rest of the world. The fallen leaves make it feel like it hasn't been used in a while. Who sat here? A couple stealing kisses? Empty, it seems lonely and sad. I post-processed the image using monotone bluish tones to further enhance the feeling.
